The Minnesota Senior Federation (MnSF) continues to offer its nationally acclaimed prescription drug discount program that can save MnSF members money on their prescription needs. We have negotiated a one-stop shop program that provides you with the lowest prices from Canada and other approved international pharmacies as well as a pharmacy in the United States. This one stop shop is brought to you in partnership by our two long-standing Canadian suppliers, Canadian Pharmacy Services and Extended Care Pharmacy. To assure ready availability of medications, both programs also offer safe importation through additional countries with our member’s consent. An additional bonus is that Senior Rx Care has a U.S. Pharmacy that accepts insurance (Medicare Part D, employer and individual insurance). Members who worked directly with Extended Care Pharmacy in Alberta or Canadian Pharmacy Service in Manitoba prior to the start of the combined Senior Rx Care program may continue to do so if they'd like. Please use your current Canadian contacts to obtain refills or access customer service. Remember, continued discount pricing through these pharmacies as a Minnesota Senior Federation member is only available if your membership is current. Generic Drug Savings: Recognizing that generic prescription drugs are generally overpriced in both Canada and the U.S., the Federation has partnered with Senior Rx Care to provide generic prescription drugs at special member prices. All programs are available to members nationwide through free phone-in and low cost mailing delivery. The Senior Rx Care service personnel will take your application, including Senior Federation member number and expiration date, over the phone. Contact Senior Rx Care at 877/828-7555.
