The new corporation will continue to be a grass-roots advocacy spokes group for senior issues, locally, regionally and nationally as well as providing important direct services and member benefits for those over 50.
Federation gathers in Little Falls for historic annual convention Oct. 10
Structured primarily as a business meeting, each MnSF region will gather as a caucus to consider a resolution to dissolve their individual organization, and then vote to join a newly formed statewide organization.

Bylaws for reorganization of the Minnesota Senior Federation

Corrections to bylaws as approved by unanimous vote at the last board of directors meeting July 24.  These will be voted on by the delegate assembly Aug. 28 for approval at the state convention in October.
