Reserve your front row seat at the Minnesota Election Audit
The League of Women Voters Minnesota, in partnership with Citizens for Election Integrity Minnesota (CEIMN), is recruiting citizens to observe the post-election audit across the state.
Volunteer observers are a part of a non-partisan team that attends their county’s audit. After the general election, every county randomly will select ballots from two to four precincts (based on population) to be counted by hand during the week after the election. The team observes election officials hand count ballots and then documents and reports what takes place.
The observation is about a week after the election and takes between two and five hours. For more information or sign up to volunteer, go to www.ceimn.org, e-mail Sarah Crowell at , or call CEIMN at 612/724-1736.
