If you are a senior citizen and need help setting up your converter box or have general questions call the MN Volunteers of America at:

  • DTV Hotline: 612-331-4063 ext. 138: Primarily voicemail (not fully avle to answer calls immediately, but get back within 24 houirs). The purpose is to set up appointments to send volunteers into homes to help with converter box set up.

We will be working with Mosquito Productions to have No Cost Box's on site for people to purchase with their coupons. Check with the Main Street Project to stay on top of this option.

  • Organized DTV teams of youth and adults in 32 counties across Minnesota to help with virtually anything DTV: public awareness, coupon info, box ino, installation info, etc. Visit their web site to find a team in your county.
