Did you know that more passengers are carried annually by motorcoach than any other form of transportation - 775 million by coach, 625 million by plane, and only 27 million via Amtrak? The motorcoach industry has seen an average growth rate of 5 to 7 percent annually, according to the American Bus Association.

A major part of this growing industry is the group travel market, including one-day casino and extended motorcoach tours. Many operators have expanded on extended motorcoach tours to include intermodel travel tours -tours with more than one form of transportation such as air/motorcoach, motorcoach/cruise or motorcoach/Amtrak.

Motorcoach has become more attractive for several reasons. The motorcoaches themselves have become more luxurious and spacious, offering a wide variety of amenities such as flat screen TVs, satellite, Internet and very comfortable seating in climate-controlled comfort. Today’s motorcoach length has expanded to 45 feet adding space and comfort along with spacious baggage compartments. A larger motorcoach also offers an elevated passenger deck for better sightseeing views.

Professional motorcoach tours offer each passenger a very convenient way to travel along with a worry-free environment. A professional tour operator coordinates a well-rounded itinerary including good hotels, sightseeing and a selection of included meals. To ensure that you are selecting a tour that meets your desires and needs, take time to ask questions about your tour and the included features including types of hotels, travel time, included meals and sightseeing, and tour provider and manager professional affiliations. For more questions see the article below.

Many benefits await you as you dream of the next perfect vacation, including the reduced cost of group travel, the many friends you will  meet, and the ease and worry free convenience of a professional group travel planner.
