Cancellations:  Orders can be cancelled up to the date they are shipped without penalty.

Returns:  Per Canadian law, properly received orders cannot be returned.  Any and all charges for returns necessitated by an error on the part of Canadian Pharmacy Service will be paid by the Pharmacy.
