The 2006 edition of Health Care Choices: A Comprehensive Resource for Minnesota Seniors and their families is just off the press. This publication is the definitive source of health care information for Minnesota seniors, their families, caregivers and advocates. Health Care Choices contains descriptions of the Medicare supplemental and HMO options available on the open market in Minnesota. It also features a section designed to help with the complicated decisions around the new Medicare prescription drug program, Part D.

The Minnesota Senior Federation's Health Care Choices is a statewide health care resource and is widely distributed in the Twin Cities Metro area and in greater Minnesota at libraries and senior centers. The Minnesota Senior Federation does not endorse or sell any insurance products. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, unbiased and objective information to Minnesota seniors and their families. This goal is continued throughout Health Care Choices.

Health Care Choices can be mailed to you at no charge if you are a current Minnesota Senior Federation member.  For non-members there is a $10 per copy charge to cover mailing and handling.
