The Minnesota Senior Federation respects the privacy of its members. The Minnesota Senior Federation does not rent or sell information in its member records.

Personal information is gathered from members at various times, primarily through membership application forms, membership renewal notices and forms filled out and submitted via our web site. To be a member you must provide us with your name and a U.S. mailing address.

Your name and address are used to mail your membership card, renewal notices, notices of events, action alerts and raffle and fund raising appeals. Upon request, raffle and fund raising appeals will not be sent to you.

Your telephone number, if provided by you, may be used to contact you if we have a problem with your membership information such as return of mail by the post office, to notify you of upcoming events or action requests and for fund raising requests. Upon request, you will not be contacted by phone with fund raising requests.

Your email address, if provided by you, may be used to contact you if we have a problem with your membership information such as return of mail by the post office, to notify you of upcoming events and action request and for fund raising. Email sent to a list of recipients will include an option to "Unsubscribe." Should you choose to unsubscribe you will no longer receive email sent to lists. You might still receive email sent specifically to you, such an inquiry about your membership. Upon request your email address will be removed from your record.

At times information is provided for mailings by entities promoting an event or issue that is co-sponsored by the Minnesota Senior Federation. When this is done, appropriate safeguards that your information cannot be used for any other purpose are used.
