An e-mail message is currently circulating under the guise of Social  Security with the subject line: "Cost of Living for 2007 Update." The message asks you to update personal information by a certain date or your account will be suspended. This message is not from Social Security. If you receive this e-mail, call the Office of the Inspector General at 1-800/269-0271.
