Are you a homeowner aged 65 or older with a chronic health condition or impairment that might make it difficult to remain at home? If so, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the State of Minnesota would like to learn more about how you manage at home and your opinion about using different financial resources to stay at home. Two discussion groups will be conducted in mid-February about this topic.
