The Minnesota Senior Federation has been approved to expand our current VISTA/AmeriCorps project, which has the potential to allow us to provide more health education and outreach across the state. 

VISTA/AmeriCorps members receive a very modest living allowance, but unfortunately, they will also face a shortage of affordable housing and rules that do not allow them to work outside the program.
