Have you wanted to enroll in the new MnSF-HealthPartners dental plan, but just haven’t gotten around to it? If you were a Minnesota Senior Federation member on or before Feb. 1, you have only until the end of April to enroll. After April 30, open enrollment for existing MnSF members is closed. 

To receive an enrollment form and information packet, call HealthPartners at 952/883-5600 (toll-free 800/247-7015), and press “2” for the Individual Sales Department. HealthPartners can also check to see if your dentist is in either of the two networks and answer any other questions you may have. If you can’t reach HealthPartners, call the Federation’s Health Plan Information Center at 651/783-5045 (toll-free 866/783-5045) between 10 a.m. and noon, or between1 and 3 p.m.

The dental plan is a members-only benefit, so if you are not yet a Minnesota Senior Federation member, call our Health Plan Information Center to join. New members have 90 days from when they joined to enroll in the dental plan.
