Pension Rights Project welcomes summer intern PDF Print E-mail
Meridith Oman began working for the Upper Midwest Pension Rights Project, a project sponsored by the Minnesota Senior Federation, in May 2007. Her summer clerkship is funded through a gift to the Pension Rights Project from the Minnesota Justice Foundation. MJF funds a number of summer clerkships at non-profit legal service organizations in Minnesota every year.

Meridith is currently a student at Hamline University School of Law where she is involved in the Health Law Institute and will be participating on the Health Law Moot Court Competition this upcoming year. She will graduate from Hamline in May 2009.

Prior to working at the Upper Midwest Pension Rights Project, Meridith worked for several years at a Minneapolis personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm as a legal assistant. Prior to that, she interned for Congressman Jim Ramstad in Washington, D.C.

While not working or attending school, Meridith enjoys spending time with friends, her two cats and engaged in activities such as tennis, biking, golfing and camping.
