The 12th edition of Health Care Choices for Minnesotans on Medicare is now available. This publication has become the definitive source of health care information for Minnesota seniors, their families, caregivers and advocates. Health Care Choices contains all of the Medicare supplemental and HMO options available on the open market in Minnesota. It contains sections on Medicare, the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug plans, the Medicare Advantage program, appeal rights, options for low-income individuals, and the uninsured.

The Minnesota Senior Federation is continuing to expand its focus on statewide health care resources. In years past, Health Care Choices had a metro area focus. This edition contains much information that is helpful for all Minnesotans, plus the publication will be more widely distributed this year in greater Minnesota.
