The HealthPartners dental insurance plan offers a low-cost Senior Federation benefit for new members. You NEED NOT be a member of HealthPartners to participate. There is a monthly premium based on the plan you choose and you must be 50 years of age.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Are you having trouble paying off all your health care costs? You may be eligible for Senior Partners Care. If you have Medicare, come and find out how you maybe able to get some of your out-of-pocket costs waived.

Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage is the newest addition to Medicare. Come and learn about this plan, how to enroll and about Extra Help for those with limited income.
