The Federation’s Northwest chapter is hosting “Caregiving: Let’s talk about it,” a forum for caregivers and those who some day may need care. Free and open to the public, the event will be held Friday, March 28 at Brooklyn Park Community Center, 5600 85th Ave N in Brooklyn Park from 9 to 11:30 a.m.

As the population ages and demand for day-to-day care becomes greater, the decision of how to care for individuals rests on families. Those family members who take on the responsibility are likely to be untrained in caregiving, left fatigued by their efforts and filled with unanswered questions. 

Join us to learn about resources including living options. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and speak with representatives of local agencies that offer caregiving assistance and services.
