Minnesota Senior Federation members receive discounted services with qualified attorneys for legal assistance in many different areas of the law. Participating attorneys agree to serve within strict provisions set forth by the Minnesota Senior Federation's legal referral program, including estimates of total costs and regular updates on those estimates as necessary.

Hourly rates of participating attorneys are 30% to 60% below those of other attorneys.  An initial consultation, typically by phone, is free for Minnesota Senior Federation members, with each hour thereafter, up to five, billed at $80 each.  After this time, the attorney and the client arrange an agreed rate.
