Additional help is needed in the Health Plan Information Center during the Medicare Part D enrollment period, November 1 – December 31.  Training and mentoring will be provided prior to the enrollment dates.  Please consider volunteering for this important yet sometimes difficult program for seniors to navigate by themselves.  Volunteer opportunities include clerical help, one to one counseling and phone counseling.
